Larsen Original Violin Premium Set(Gold E, Silver D)

Well balanced strings

I've used heavier gaged strings like Titanium solo and Il Cannone line for deeper and more colors because my violin has a bright sound. It seemed working well at first but the tension was too high. And using Dominant for less tension made the sound too flat. So I was looking for something in between and this set was perfect. I didn't have to find an alternate E string. It has wide range of sound in my opinion; good for both ensemble and solo playing.

Great sound

I've been using Larsen premiums for almost a decade now and I love them. They have a warm, even tone and respond quite quickly.
