Dominant Violin set with Tin-plated E 135SNP

Not for me.

I haven't tried Dominant strings in quite a while. I have been using Peter Infeld strings on my Panormo Violin, which strings sometimes seem a little heavy. So in an effort to lighten tension and make the instrument speak more easily, I decided to try the Dominants. Not very happy with the results in my case. One dimensional sound which does speak quickly and easily, but the lack of different colors and quality of sound is so obvious it sends me gratefully back to Peter Infeld violin strings.
