My “go to” gift
Great quality and love the personalization. I have given 3 of these in memory of lost loved ones and each time the recipient has told me how much it has meant to them. Much more lasting gift than flowers!

Great gift- fell short on gift message
A gift for a friend whose dad died due to covid. She loved the necklace but unfortunately did not know who it was from for two weeks until I asked her about it. The gift tag I had filled out online DID NOT get included with her package despite the fact that I also sent customer service a separate email asking for special gift wrap and a gift card or tag be included. I said I would pay extra for it and explained the sensitive situation. Nothing. Not even a packing slip that had my name on it. I’m pretty disappointed in the customer service on this one. Fix that please!! I probably will not buy a gift from this seller again unless I ship to myself first for proper gift wrap and card!
