Love this coffee and the descriptions are spot-on
We've ordered a couple different coffees and always order our chemex filters from Birch. I love the Brazilian coffee they grind and the fact that they offer a variety of grind types to accommodate different coffee brewing styles. Keep doing what you're doing!

A tasty coffee
I used it in my Chemex and my V60 (I liked it better in my V60). A light refreshing simple taste, no bitterness and no off or weird flavors. I enjoyed this and will buy again in the future.
