Nubs are the best thing for lifting!

I've been using Nubs quite religiously for the last few years and it's sooo much better than tape. Once you get the sizing right they don't come off even if you're doing tons of reps. Highly recommend!

I’m not a gym guy (you’d get it if you saw me!) but use them for playing bass guitar (Mark King thumb style): turns out I’m allergic to the glue in 3M Scotch Tape so these are ideal! I have loads of of them. Great product and I’m at the point where it feels weird not wearing one!

My grip is slipping.

I use magnesium for it, both on the palm and on the grip, but it slips and is unusable. I can't do T2B or any exercises on the bar.
