BROKEN CHAIN

The chain is very thin and cheaply designed. I bought the MAMA necklace for my wife as a Mothers Day gift. The chain was broken. I have emailed the company and asked for a refund. They only offer a store credit or exchange. I asked them to replace the chain with a thicker one. They said they would have to talk to their jeweler and I am still waiting for a response. I am VERY DISAPPOINTED!! They said they would fix it but it is so poorly designed, it will only break again.
