Very happy with the jacket and especially having a hood - this really adds to the warm if needed. Nice slim fit not bulky. True to size.

They sent the wrong jacket in the wrong size

I can't believe some automated process has asked for a review. They sent the wrong jacket in the wrong size and I had to go thru PayPal complaints as their replies to my complaint emails went to spam. They could have phoned me! While they have offered to send the correct jacket in the correct size and reimburse the postage of the wrong jacket back, Im less than impressed. Unlikely to use again. Automated software asking for a review is really not good business sense when you have made such an error, and wasting my time to fix a problem that shouldn't have happened.
