Defective Material

The window tint which I received was defective however it was replaced but it also was defective, which I ended up sending back. The merchant apologized and paid for the return shipping of both rolls. Would like very much to have had a chance to use the product but after receiving two defective rolls I could not wait for another replacement. Waiting for the merchant to credit my credit card.
