Home window tinting

Bought the window tint because I wanted to block out the garage windows. Reviewed the samples that were sent and chose what I thought would be best. Turns out that at night when the lights are on, you can see everything inside. But you can't see anything during the day unless you put your face up to the glass. My issue with the product is, at night is when the burglars are trying to break in. If they can't see what is inside they are likely to leave but if I leave any light on in the garage they will be able to see everything. Not happy with the product
