Absolutely love the Makeup Cleansing balm. It's not harsh on the skin a feels wonderful!!

Does not work with waterproof mascara.

Okay, first off, I LOVE the waterproof mascara! Finally found a product that won’t flake, smear, or collect under my eyes. However, it WILL NOT come off. Using this melting makeup remover was my hope at something working without having to use extra products on it. It did dissolve the waterproof mascara a little but still not without having to two other cleaners on my eyes :persevere: It does, however, work beautifully with the regular mascara and at removing makeup. Would highly recommended if you don’t wear Ofras waterproof mascara.
