Food Diary - C46 - Slimming World Compatible - Spacious

I have been buying these food diaries for a very long time now. I love the way that the pages encourage me to stick to my weight loss with their jar full of stars and bubbles. I fill out the graphs, measurement sheet and write my dreams on an affirmation sheet. I get excellent customer service and I honestly can’t think of anything negative to say about this diary. Will continue to buy them.

I’ve had several of these diaries! I began Slimming World in September 2021 and lost 2 stone of lockdown weight. However, I then returned to the ambulance service so was unable to commit to going to the groups. I’d heard about Fabulous Planning and how their diaries are compatible, so I bought one, and have been using them ever since. They keep you on track without having to go to the Slimming Workd groups. They’re made fun too with the stickers that are included and you are able to write an affirmation letter to yourself to remind you why you started. And to top it off, they come from such a lovely family business who provide the best customer service!
