Food Diary - C54 - Slimming World Compatible - Spacious

I find this planner very helpful in my weight loss journey. I like the space for writing food down and the space for writing how I feel each day which is having a positive effect on my motivation. The tab stickers to mark the sections is most helpful in finding things easily.

Absolutely love this planner it’s so helpful and making sure I stick to plan, it also has plenty of pages/sections to help me focus and prepare but also track how I have done. The best planner I’ve used and will definitely be buying more
