The 16" fiber kiln arrived in good condition and no issues. Lead times of 13 weeks seems high, but there was no urgency on my part to get the unit and the Soul Ceramics price made it worth the wait.

everybody that I worked with their was very professional kind and a pleasure to work with. I think the only reason why I gave you a four is the wait time was a little bit longer.

The upkeep and reassuring of things moving along are great! I received my kiln WAYYYY B4 expected to. I have not yet had the chance to fire it up, but, its a coming. Thank you Soul Ceramics. Its people/places like you that rock our world!
