How Samplize helped me deal with my HOA

This story is far too long for a short review. To sum it up, our first choice of exterior house color was no longer “approved “, even though it had previously been on record as approved by our HOA. As the committee meeting to appeal this ruling was only a few days away when I learned of the issue, I was able to receive a sample of the nearest approved color very quickly. That allowed me to consider if that color would be acceptable should I lose the appeal. But, it also allowed me to have two large Samplize color cards of the color I wanted and the color I might be forced to have. This was a great visual for the committee to see—the colors were hardly different. I think it was one of the reasons we won our appeal.

Soft but strong

We've painted our boys rooms this color using Functional Gray as an accent wall. It's perfect! The Natural Tan can handle the Functional Gray wall and it all ties nicely together.

Perfect neutral for our house!
