Not what I expected

Not only did I have to follow-up after 10 days of ordering because my order had not been shipped yet (in fairness they responded almost immediately). The watch band that I was supposed to receive (Handmade Milwaukee Leather Natural), did not look like the stock photo of the band that I ordered. I expected a thicker leather with dyed sides, natural grain and imperfections. Instead, it is a uniform natural color and it is padded - which is not evident in any of the photos. The Chestnut color version of this band, however, has inconsistent photos - some bands padded, others not. Lesson learned. It's fine, just a disappointment because I spent a lot of time settling on this band. Not worth my time and hassle to return it.
