great chain just couldn’t put the pendent on it because theres a circular clasp, so the padding couldn’t fit so I had to bend it

Unfortunately, the Item felt very cheap. I am dissapointed I lost money (~$20) on the return but I would not have worn it so I did return it. The return process has not been great either. I dropped it off at the post office a few days ago and have not received confirmation of that either. Waiting to hear back from customer service, but likely will not be purchasing anything from them again despite the pretty intensive marketing.

Feels really cool it’s nice I would buy again
