Flathead Cherries and Anise Milk Chocolate

Heavenly Chocolate

This chocolate bar was part of a Christmas present last year. I love good chocolate, and will only eat something that is exceptional. These bars definitely meet my qualifications. The milk chocolate itself is smooth, creamy, subtly sweet, but not overly so, and has just a hint of anise. The flathead cherries are to die for. The only improvement I might make would be to increase the amount of cherries, which are delicious.
