beautiful but irregular

The velvet is lovely and the color from its picture was accurate, looks just fantastic as the curtain for my bedroom closet. However, the color shades from light to dark, and the two curtains are hemmed on opposite ends -- one goes from light at top to dark at bottom, and the other goes from dark at top to light at bottom. This doesn't matter for my purposes, and otherwise I'm very happy, so I'm keeping them.

The color is EXACTLY like the picture. Delicate lavender. Crushed velvet shimmers magically. I am using them as curtains, so I'd have to hem the side a bit to make it fold nicer. Because it's too thin and doesn't look great unhemmed. If used for a backdrop hemming wouldn't be required
