Great Customer Service

I was really impressed with CV Linen's customer service. I had ordered these organza table runners and 2 organza table overlays - both in baby blue. Before shipping out my order Quality Control noticed the table runners and overlays weren't the same exact color (likely from different dye lots). They'd reached out to ask how I'd want to proceed, but they ended up finding overlays that matched the runners! I was very impressed that this was something they actually checked instead of just sending it out because it was what I ordered. I did notice it seemed like the baby blue colors were different in the pictures on the website for the overlays and runners, but the runners and overlays I got ended up being the same color. I think the overlays are a lighter blue than pictured but slightly darker than the runners pictured.
