I love this tea for its full-body flavor. The malty undertone makes it taste rich. I like to drink it midafternoon for a pick-me-up. I like the combination of flavors.

As Good as I Had Hoped

Been drinking this with milk and sugar almost every day since I got it, since it's perfect for that. The price was quite reasonable too.

I've been ordering from this brand for over a year and this is the first time the Assam tea was not good. Usually it's fragrant but once I opened the bag, ilthe leaves looked dull and it did not have that fresh fragrant smell I love. I reached out to customer service regarding this and they told me I can return the bag and will have to pay a restocking fee and cover postage and I wouldn't receive a full refund. It just seems like a lot just to return a bag of tea. They also insisted that they did a quality check before shipping but I think someone missed the mark with this bag. Anyway, this last shipment was disappointing, I ended up throwing out the bag and cutting my losses. By the time I would have sent it back, I would have ended up paying the same amount in shipping and fees and no full refund. for the bag of tea. The other tea I ordered with this was great though.
