Multipick KRONOS Electric Lock Pick Gun Kit - Professional Automatic Lock Picking Tool

I like the product but I did not get the rechargeable battery with it.

Worst customer service

I have emailed so many times and no replies

Received defective Kronos

Charged the battery, put it in positive side down (as per directions) and it doesn’t work. Completely dead.
