Love the BioAcoustic Mat. Feeling better and more vibrant after only a few sessions on it.

The BioAcoustic mat arrived in perfect shape and very timely. Upon setting it up, I noticed there was no music coming from the mat speakers and the controller did not have all of the settings that the manual indicated. I have been working with Jimmy from Biomat Direct to resolve these issues. Jimmy has been very quick to respond and very courteous in answering my many questions and I am sure the issue will be resolved satisfactorily. The issue appears to be in the controller with the preprogrammed settings and not the mat itself as external music plays through the mat. Jimmy is working with customer service and keeping me posted.
