One small is not like another small

Bought two small shirts. I could immediately tell the two shirts are not the same size or even the same material. One is definitely softer than the other. I do agree this shirt is super soft. The neck however is a bit stretched out already. Print is okay. Had to wash the shirts before wearing cause they had a weird smell.
