Sit on my bedside table. I hold them for a few minutes nightly, say a lil sleep affirmation & just breathe.

I hadn't slept properly in months, not sleeping at all some nights, and since getting these i have slept so much better. I don't feel the anxiety i did when lying in bed. Highly recommend.

Seemed to work!

It seemed to work the 1st few nights. I had a pretty good sleep. Lastnight I was awake a few hours on the night but I’m hoping it is a one off & will sleep good again tonight.
