Yuca helped me preserve a family tradition!

My daughter has an auto-immune condition making her unable to eat potatoes. The last few years I have not been able to have potato latkes for our Hannukah Celebration. I made them this year from Goya Canned Yuca and everyone agreed they were wonderful! No one complained about not having potato latkes!
