Over marketed.
The marketing for this vinegar made it sound like something magical. I couldn’t wait to get it. I’ve tried it on fish, roasted vegetables and made salad dressing. It was good, but to me, most vinegars are good. It really wasn’t much better than any other vinegar. I won’t buy it again.

Robust
Goes well sprinkled on crispy fried fish. Even mixed with ketchup for French fries. Awesome!

Outstanding
This vinegar is outstanding. When serving fried fish or making a good BBQ sauce you can do no better. The new bottles I don't care for. The old bottles were cool enough for table presentation and kept when empty for other uses. The new bottles are just recycling.
