Awesome company with excellent molds. I am so grateful for the time, advice & help I got from this company before making my purchases.

Ball molds

Not happy. All the videos show smooth plastic molds. I recieved black molds with texturing on the outside of all the molds. Why demo with one product and send another? Having trouble getting the center mold to release. 1. I jiggled, moved the mold multiple times over several hours. 2. Have used hot water to soften the mold release(oil). I'm on the other half of my first set of three balls and I cant get the middle mold out.
