HDK check chain

I have bought multiple collar and lead sets and the quality has always been fantastic! Purchased two check chains to match my sets any they were REAL small I always measure before I order but these were tiny. I was dissappointed that after all the business I have done with the company I was not allowed to exchange the check chains even though they had never been used and still in the original plastic? Tough deal when ordering something sight unseen online.........
