Worth it!

I waited a long while before I pulled the trigger on the Bento bag, but I am so glad that I got it! I've always packed with a carry-on and a backpack, and I just made my first trip with my new Bento bag. I'm amazed at how much I can get into that thing. It's the size of my backpack, but I can put so much more in it. I love having a designated spot for everything. So glad that I got it!

I had been using a Beis Weekender bag for a couple of years, but hated how heavy it was, how it became a bottomless pit where nothing could easily be found, and the canvas was not flexible under airplane seats. After much research for a more lightweight and structured but flexible carry on bag (no checked bags this trip!), I came across the Bento Bag. It cost more than the other comparable bags, but none of them offered the organizational features. The trip was coming up, so I had to pull the trigger. I am so glad I did! The organization this bag offers was so helpful while flying to another country with my family of 5. It kept its shape in the airport, fit perfectly under my seat, and easily slid onto my suitcase when needed. I love the clamshell opening for the non-immediate needs, and the zippered pockets for the things I need. The nylon is water resistant and easy to clean. And it looks GOOD. It's polished, smart looking, classy. Shipping was super fast, and I loved the bonus tech and accessory pouches, as well as the dust bag. It's worth the money, and now I am afraid my husband will always insist on flying carry on only :)

A place for everything and everything in its place

At long last, the bag I've been searching for! This bag is well thought out and maximizes every inch of space. There are many compartments to keep organized without having the need to use additional pouches to keep items separated, which helps reduce the overall weight of the bag. Having both a shoulder strap and long handles make the bag more versatile as it can be carried over the shoulder or cross-body. The clamshell design with contrasting lining is very elegant and offers easy access, but items can also be accessed traditionally through the top as with a typical bag -- once again, very versatile. I can't wait to take more trips to enjoy this stunning bag.
