Star Trek: The Original Series Delta Personalized Adult Short Sleeve T-Shirt

I ordered this T-shirt as a gift for my father for $35, not including shipping. I ensured that the personalization was carefully input but the T-shirt was sent to me missing the last two letters of the personalization I requested. I waited to write this review in the hopes that matters would be corrected. However, customer service has yet to rectify the situation after two weeks. The event for which I purchased the gift is set to pass in a few days. This has been very poorly handled.
