I've purchased multiple canvas prints (4 for my family's dogs and numerous gifts, including 2 in the last month). I recommend you to everyone, but I no longer will. This is the second mis-print I've received and the customer service has been subpar. The rendering you send for me to approve the background color was exactly the color we've used before and that we wanted, however when it arrived, it was a very different color. I would like a new canvas print with the correct background color FOR FREE sent to me. If that happens, I will continue to order from you and recommend you to my friends. Some sort of response is appreciated. Thank you.
