Shipping delays and bad coupon code

Was in need of a new wallet and stumbled upon your booth at Eastern Market. Went online a few days later with a coupon code for a free additional gift. Decided to buy local and support a great brand. I received an email stating that there were issues in the manufacturing process. I finally received my wallet, with nothing additional per the coupon code 21 days later less than 20 miles away. The wallet is great as expected, but it was a bad first impression and doubtful that I’ll be buying again.

Amazing products!

Love the products. I carry the wallet everyday. It is slim but can still carry a few cards and some cash. I also got two journals that are great. Great quality and great brand mission.
