It is an excellent post surgery bra. It’s the brand my surgeon sent me home in and I tried 2 other less expensive options that were less than optimal so I ended up buying these instead. The fastening mechanisms are great, just two inner hooks and then the zipper so there is easy access. I have super sensitive skin and have been able to tolerate the fabric and elastic. One last thing - they also wash up easily, so I give it the whole 5 stars.
