Raspberry Champagne Cake

This cske arrived as scheduled. I found that the thawing instructions were cleat, accurate snd easy to follow. What I did not take into account is the fact that based on the emptiness of the freezer storage it needed more tome to thaw. Our caking cutting ended up messy to due a portion not thawed. However, the initial presentation and tastes was still superb! The birthday Wuern snd guests were thouroughly pleased. I would order again but add an extra day to my my order to insure the perfect thaw!🎂

The cake was delicious! Arrived in perfect condition.
