Very comfortable but pillow stinks

Got a queen size with medium fill. The comfiest pillow I’ve ever slept on. I ordered a feather and down combo pillow awhile back from this company and it’s hard and uncomfy and the feathers poke through after awhile, compared to that, this is worth the double price in terms of comfort. My biggest issue with this pillow is that it gives off a manure smell whenever it’s fluffed or laid on, every time I rest my head on it, the smell is intense. It’s been like this since the first day, every day since, up to 2 weeks after purchase. I’ve tried many things, different covers, airing it out for long periods, fluffing it like crazy, nothing gets rid of this smell and it’s very strong. I’d understand if this was a cheap pillow but it’s the most expensive pillow I’ve ever bought in my life, $170

Way toooooo puffy and not what I expected from a supposed soft pillow. I spent $141 on something I can't even sleep on. A low income senior with neck and spine issues and I didn't get what I thought would be the pillow advertised. Very disappointed

Excellent quality and superior product, worth every penny. Also expedient Customer Service.! highly recommend if you’re looking for feather pillows!
