Ordering System / System Response - The online ordering system was flawless. After the purchase submission, a representative from Jersey Tron kept in contact along the entire process. Design - Good. The designer was extremely helpful and responsive throughout the design process. He provided mock designs quickly and understood the customer requirements. Unfortunately, the digital mock up the design wasn't 100% translated to the physical jerseys. The main colors were off. I'm not sure whose responsible for the error but perhaps in the future the designer should clearly document the pantone colors to the customer prior to design approval. Manufacturing / Quality of Product - At this point, we have only used the socks for two full games. The material appears to be in good quality and durable. The graphics and quality of detail is excellent. As a team, we were disappointed that the colors didn't appear as it should have in the digital mockups provided by the designer. I suspect that the printer wasn't able to produce the color due to toner / ink quality from the supplier or incorrect pantone color specification. Nevertheless, the team has grown to liken the new colors but would of still preferred the intended design color.

Hello! Yes we did and we love them! Two things prevented 5 stars though: 1) the sizing was off. We were told that the sizes correspond to the Tron practice jerseys we have. They are not, they are much bigger. 2) The number placement is too low on the back. While we came up with our own design, we would expect a hockey store to know where the numbers should be placed. But we generally are happy with the result, thank you!
