Anymore, it's pretty rare to call a bike component company and immediately get a person on the other line within a few rings. Even more rare that they can get up from their current work and physically check stock of their product within a few steps. High quality billet CNC machining and offered up a pretty rare component spec. Our customer was stoked to get this smaller chainring for his bike packing rig!
