Customer service is superb!

The customer service is top notch. Nicole immediate address a delivery issue when contacted. She went well beyond to check into and correct the problem within hours. I thank her for her professionalism and her courtesy. The fan has not been installed so I cannot comment on that for a few weeks. The handyman did not have time to install the fan when here.
