I love this product. The 35% strength is the same as most dentist offices use. My teeth have never been whiter. The negatives are the same as with any teeth whitener. It will cause sensitivity and gum irritation, however, I do not use it for subsequent days on end. I use it every other day or every fourth day for three whitening sessions. I do this maybe three times a ;year. I prefer the unflavored because I think I have less irritation with it.
