This book takes you through weekly reflections with lovely stories and heartfelt commentary. It expresses both joy and grief and the interconnected mess of it all. I have been really enjoying it, especially with the weekly Joy Jots book club on Instagram w/ Anse Tamara Gray :)

Joy Jots: A Spiritual Destination for the Soul
I was overjoyed to discover that a second edition of Joy Jots Exercises for a Happy Heart was published. The first edition was truly inspirational and very motivating. As a poet and writer, I especially appreciate the space to express reflections, goals etc. Each week as I open my copy, I am encouraged to sit, relax, be informed, and ponder about the Allah SWT, Prophet Muhammad SAWS, Islam and our global ummah. Joy Jots is a spiritual, emotional, and physical destination for the soul.
