Cross Bailey Light Fountain Pen - Polished Black

I have had a blue Cross Bailey Light with a fine nib for some time (loaded with blue ink, of course). It performs very well and with just the line width that I like. With the favorable experience with that pen, I decided that I wanted a Bailey Light in black and it is now loaded with black ink. In each case, I ordered a Cross converter and they work perfectly. I must say that the Cross Bailey Light is a superb pen. If anything, the black one writes even better than the blue version. If you have not yet got one of these excellent, inexpensive pens I recommend that you do because they perform at a level well above the cost. As always, the service by The Pen Boutique was wonderful.

Just fine. It’s a Medium and writes smoothly on certain paper. Not so well one somewhat shiny paper, but that’s not unusual.
