All products received are working well. I was disappointed that it took two emails and an online chat to find out some of my order was on back order. I understand COVID19 made things heaps harder but a simple email (esp. since I ordered before it hit properly) would have been nice. Love my stethoscope. When this virus ends I shall get to use it.
