10k Solid Gold Figaro Bracelet (2mm)

I ordered a 6” figaro chain, 10k solid gold bracelet for my boyfriend, but unbeknownst to me I ordered the wrong size. As soon as I received the package with the bracelet in it I had my boyfriend try it on and after finding out it didn’t fit I contacted their support email for my next steps on how to exchange the gift for 8” rather than 6”. I then later found out they do not exchange/return sold gold items which sucks because I just spent almost $200 on this bracelet just for my boyfriend to not be able to wear it.

Just received the item, pulled it out the bag and it is pretty small for a guy. I havent put it on yet. I will say the picture may or may not be misleading to the wrist its displayed on. If anything I’m going to return it only to get the plated rope that’s bigger. Didnt read you couldnt return solid gold pieces. Also, when receiving this item just know the clasp is not the same as the picture as well. No gld branding on the bracelet either.
