PALS / MOLLE Velcro Panel Strips Bartact (Pat Pend)

I was excited about receiving this, but once I started laying out my pieces, it was evident that the PALS webbing is spaced incorrectly. Measurements are all over the place which renders this product essentially useless for its intended purpose of using MOLLE attachments. Also, it seemed that based on how the 2 pieces are sewn together, it caused the strips to arc downwards, which prevents them from being applied in straight rows.
