I spoke with Colin extensively about ensuring I had the correct colour of leather selected. I believe we had about 4+ emails back and forth. When the cover arrived it was lovely but entirely not what I wanted colour wise. I reached out about the colour issue, I would have paid the return shipping and was met with a turse response with a link to store policy. I recognize policy, but with the amount of communication about what I wanted for colour, I would have expected things would be better. Might decide to dispute the charge with my CC company. Undecided.
