The tray arrived promptly but unfortunately it was the wrong one! It was black plastic, not nickel. I went through the Returns/complaints procedure and was dealt with by an extremely lovely and efficient lady called Erika. She handled the whole procedure with such good grace and I felt impelled to tell her how pleased I was that it was the best customer service I had ever received and again, she was extremely gracious. I told her I wished all customer service was as good.

Original order arrived with a chip in the large tray. Contacted customer services and they sent a replacement. Great service & nice trays!
