Terrible custom branding

I ordered my cover with a three letter custom branding of my initials. The last letter of my initials was not properly branded. The cover itself was beautiful, but I cannot understand how this cover got shipped, it seems OLPR does not have any quality control. The customer support was kind enough to allow me to return my cover and get a reimbursement. However I am out the shipping cost both them sending this reunited cover to me, and then me sending it back. I'm sure OLPR started as a company focused on quality craftsmanship. The company I experienced is yet another company focused on creating low-quality goods they can sell at scale. I have now wasted my time and $20 in shipping for nothing. Your money is better spent elsewhere.
