Perfect Copper Hood Rivets

I just bought 10 pcs samples of the 1" Hammered Round Copper Rivet head with a brazed 1/4"-20 x 2.5" threaded rod at the back. I found the rivet heads looking very old style and authentic and perfect for my large 113: wide copper hood. I am attaching these rivets to the 2"x1/4" flatbars i use to cover the panel seams. The 1" diameter rivet head is large enough to cover the flat bar attachment screws so I just cut the rod short and drilled and threaded the flatbar so i could screw in the hammered rivet as decoration. They look perfect for the job and I will send you pictures once the job is complete. I can recommend these products since the rivets would be strong enough to hold my flatbar to my copper panels without any other screws, it was just easier for me to add the rivets once the flatbars are in place.
