I guess i must have gotten a dud since the other reviews here are positive, but mine is etched so shallowly that when I run my scraping card over the design, it also pick up the polish in the etched portions and swipes most of it away. I tried using different scraping cards to see if that was the problem, tried using different polishes - nope. The issue is definitely the plate. I'm really disappointed because I was looking forward to using the checkerboard pattern.
