Triple Complex Magnesium, 90 Capsules

Works well

Been taking for three weeks now and see an improvement in my afternoon energy and a more restful night sleep with minimal waking.

Since starting this product I sleep so much better and even dream, which I haven't for so long. My energy is back and I feel like I'm back to my younger self.

Amazing product, from a great company!
